Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Garlic and Rosemary

Ingredients:

6 pcs Pork Tenderloin (May use Beef Tenderloin)

1/2 Japanese Soy Sauce (you may use Kikkoman Soy Sauce)

1 head garlic, peeled and chopped

1 tablespoon dried rosemary (you may use 4-5 sprigs of fresh rosemary)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons melted butter for brushing

 

 

Procedure:

  1. Combine Pork, soy sauce, garlic, rosemary and pepper in a bowl or place it in a plastic food container. Marinate in the Refrigerator for an hour. (I did mine overnight as I had to prepare it ahead of time)
  2. Heat the pan add oil.
  3. If you will be using an oven, preheat oven to 350 F, brush a roasting pan generously with melted butter.
  4. Fry the pork by batch until golden brown.
  5. Add the marinated sauce and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
  6. For oven cooked – Transfer the pork including the marinated sauce in a pan and roast for 30-45 minutes or until brown.
  7. You may serve it with fresh salad and rice pilaf.
