Stir Fry Pork Tenderloin with Asparagus and Oyster Mushrooms

2 Tablespoons Lower-sodium soy sauce (1 Tablespoon if you will be using the normal soy sauce)

2 1/2 Teaspoons cornstach

2 Teaspoons rice wine

2 Teaspoons sesame oil

1/4 Pork tenderloin, thinned and cut into strips

4 pcs garlic, minced

1 small onion cut into wedges

1 pound of thin asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch peices

1 cup of oyster mushrooms




  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil and rice wine. Add pork and toss to coat. Set aside.
  2. Heat the wok. Add the oil. Saute garlic and onions for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the pork mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes or until pork turns brown.
  4. Add the asparagus and oyster mushrooms and stir fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add water (optional). Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
