Turon with Langka

Ingredients:

Saging Saba (overripe)
Langka / Jack Fruit (overripe)
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon Powder
Lumpia Wrapper
Cooking Oil

How to make:

1. Cut Saba into thin slices.
2. Mix sugar and cinnamon powder.
3. Roll each banana in the mixture of sugar and cinnamon powder.
4. Place in the center of lumpia wrapper.
5. Add slices of langka.
6. Roll.
7. Preheat the pan.
8. Add oil.
9. Fry the turon until it becomes crispy.
