Nanay’s Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

2 cans of All Purpose Cream
1 can Condensed Milk
432 grams Fruit Cocktail
340 grams Nata de Coco
340 grams Kaong
80 ml mayonnaise
Chopped cheese
400 grams Elbow Macaroni

Procedure:

1. Boil 2-3 cups of water in a meduim sized pot.
2. As soon as the water is boiling, add the macaroni and reduce the heat.
3. Cook the macaroni until tender.
4. Drain.
5. Wash the macaroni in running water then set aside.
6. Drain all the syrup from Kaong, fruit cocktail and Nata de coco.
7. In a big mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, kaong, nata de coco,  mayonnaise , all purpose cream and condensed milk.
8. Mix thoroughly.
9. Add the cheese.
10. You can serve it right away ot let it chill for an hour before serving.

  5. never tried mixing macaroni with fruit salad 😀 either we do fruit cocktail salad or macaroni w/ ham or shredded chicken 😀
