LIFE is a DANCE if you take the STEPS. This is my DANCE. The story of my LIFE.

Dancing is moving to the music without stepping on anyone's toes, pretty much the same as life.

Simple Yema with Coated Sugar

on August 2, 2012

I was craving for something sweet last weekend. So I made Yema. =)

Ingredients:

6 egg yolks
1 (396 g) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
200g sugar

Procedure in Making Yema:
1. Separate the yellow egg yolk from the whites.
2. In a large pot, mix the egg yolks, condensed milk and vanilla until well blended.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat to prevent the mixture from burning. Stir constantly.
4. The mixture is ready when it forms a ball. Let cool. When cooled, form the mixture into balls about 2 to 3 cm in diameter.
5. Roll the balls into the sugar.

Walllah!!! Super easy to make.
