Ube Haleya

Ingredients

1 kg boiled ube (mashed)
1 can carnation condensed milk
1 can carnation evaporated milk

Proceure:

1. Peel ube and boil until soft.
2. Mash the ube.
3. In a pot, place the ube. Add the evaporated and condensed milk.
4. Simmer over low heat while mixing continuously.
5. Ube is cooked when you get a sticky consistency.

Super Yummy. =) This is Aidan’s favorite dessert.

  1. Wow, my favorite! I know how easy to make ube jam, but I am lazy to do it esp. now that it's hard to find real ube (like violet ube) for halaya. Buti nung sa province, madami ube ang lola ko! :/
