LIFE is a DANCE if you take the STEPS. This is my DANCE. The story of my LIFE.

Dancing is moving to the music without stepping on anyone's toes, pretty much the same as life.

Ube Haleya

on July 30, 2012

1 kg boiled ube (mashed)
1 can carnation condensed milk
1 can carnation evaporated milk

1. Peel ube and boil until soft.
2. Mash the ube.
3. In a pot, place the ube. Add the evaporated and condensed milk.
4. Simmer over low heat while mixing continuously.
5. Ube is cooked when you get a sticky consistency.

Super Yummy. =) This is Aidan’s favorite dessert.

Wow, my favorite! I know how easy to make ube jam, but I am lazy to do it esp. now that it's hard to find real ube (like violet ube) for halaya. Buti nung sa province, madami ube ang lola ko! :/

Visiting from GT. Hope you visit back! 🙂
