Hotdog Salpicao on a Breakfast

I got bored with the ussual way of cooking hotdogs; so I looked for another hotdog recipe that I could try. 
And I found this…


1/4 kilo hotdog cut into 1/2 inch long
2 pcs egg beaten
1/2 head minced garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp knorr liquid seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Canola Oil
1 tbsp olive oil

1. Preheat the pan. Add the oil.
2. Saute the garlic until golden brown or toasted.
3. Once the garlic has turned into brown, transfer to a clean small plate.
4. on the same pan, Fry the beaten egg until cooked. 
5. Once cooked, transfer to another plate and slice into cubes.
6. Pour the olive oil into the pan and cook the hotdogs.
7. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce and liquid seasoning.
8. Add the salt and pepper if desired.
9. Add the egg and mix well.
10. Pour into the plate and add the toasted garlic on top.
