LIFE is a DANCE if you take the STEPS. This is my DANCE. The story of my LIFE.

Dancing is moving to the music without stepping on anyone's toes, pretty much the same as life.

Gala sa Galera (Our 2nd Wedding Anniversary) March 8-10, 2011

on May 28, 2012

March 9, 2011 – our 2nd year wedding anniversarry. We went to White Beach in Puerto Galera for 3 days and 2 nights. =)

It’s our first time to go there so we were very excited. We woke up at 5am and started to prepare our baon/breakfast – sandwich.

We left the house before 6:00 AM.

We took a bus from Cavite going to Buendia Terminal to Batangas. Travel time to Batangas pier took us about 2 hours. Just enough time for us to take a short nap.

Upon arrival in Batangas pier, we went straight to Terminal 3 and bought a round-trip ferry ticket to Puerto Gallera.

The ticket was 250/way per person but we got a discount because we bought a round-trip ticket. We paid 450/each.

Off to Puerta Galera. Parang uulan. =(

Super Excited. Weeee…

Approaching White Beach. =)

Welcome message from a Sea Jewel staff.

Honeymooners room? =D
We had a quick tour of the place after we arrived.

Enjoying the fine sand of the beach. =)

It was my first time to do this stunt wearing a 2 piece bikini. =)

Roaming around the beach

And here comes my favorite part – FOOD. =)
CAUTION: Because this happened a year ago, I can no longer remember the names of the restaurants we went to, nor the names of  SOME of the food we ate..

Lunch (DAY 1)

Dinner (1st NIGHT)
Kabab. =)

The next day, we woke up late so we didn’t get to watch the SUNSET. 😦 Most restaurants were still closed so we decided to rent a tricycle outside for a tour to Puerto Galera Downtown after a quick dip at the beach.

A peak to Puerto Galera Downtown
Grotto located just beside the Immaculate Concepcion Parish Church
Beautiful view of the Sabang Beach
Inside Immaculate Concepcion Parish Church

We also went to their Public Market. Unfortunately there’s nothing good to buy from there so we just ate lunch and went back to White Beach after a quick stroll.

 Dinner (2nd NIGHT)
We didn’t find any good food outside so we opted to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Chopsuey
I forgot the name of this dish but it’s a chicken. =)
Brunch (DAY 3)
Banana Pancake and Bihon Guisado.
A cup of coffee before going back to Manila.
Back to Manila…
I miss Puerto Galera. I wish we could go back there again.
